How does coaching work? What’s the process like
Here’s what we do together in coaching.
- First, we uncover your values and strengths.
- Then, we find out what’s getting in your way, whether that be your beliefs, mindset, story, or inner critic.
- Next, you decide what you want, understand why you want it and the importance of it.
- Last, you create a customized action plan, build the habits that will support you, experiment, practice, and repeat.

I work with people who are interested in doing life differently. My clients value growth, self-reflection, curiosity, and experimentation. You don’t have to believe you’re capable of change—we can get there together if you do the work. I believe you can make changes that will lead you to live a fully engaged life, without fear. How can I get the most out of coaching?
Our time together is most impactful when we show up together in our vulnerability, trust the sometimes messy process, name what’s present, and use reflection, curiosity, and experimentation to move forward.
What type of challenges do your clients face and how does coaching help?
When I begin working with clients, they often don’t honor themselves and their actual wants and needs because they don’t know what those are. They haven’t carved out time to reflect on what’s important to them. Their inner critic is shouting inside their heads. Their upbringing may be clouding their view. Their internal compass has gone dormant.
As we work together, they begin to connect with the voice of wisdom inside of them and what’s important to them. They begin to feel more confident, to believe in themselves and to take steps to live an authentic life of meaning.
