Meet Katrina
I believe in forward momentum, action, curiosity, and experimentation. I’m an energetic partner that believes in everyone’s ability to harness their power to be and do what they want. Our work together begins with discovering your values and your strengths, and we build from there.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

Creating Connections
Katrina Sather
A mindset, life, and leadership coach for individual contributors, entrepreneurs, and high-performing change makers.
I have been an entrepreneur, a small business owner, managed salespeople, and national accounts. I continued to hone my business acumen as a real estate broker for over 15 years. For the last 10 years, I’ve worked in companies and organizations to bring groups of people together to make collaborative art that promotes engagement, equality, and inspiration. In fact, I was inspired to become a coach to be of the greatest service possible while doing collaborative art, and I fell in love with coaching. Every business I've been a part of reflects my love of people and my desire to help them to make an impact in their lives.
I received my Bachelor of Fine Art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and my Master of Science in Psychology from Cal Southern University. I am a Certified Professional Coach, a member of the International Coach Federation, and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. A combined background in arts and psychology provides me with a unique perspective as I empower others to find engagement, empathy, belonging, and hope through purposeful and intentional living. My coaching and facilitated art projects through my organization Collaboration on Canvas invite participants to engage in valuable conversations and bridge the unknown spaces between themselves and each other.
Energy, Focus, & Empathy
My diverse experience informs my current work as a life, mindset, and leadership coach and a collaborative artist. I work with individuals and teams who want to move forward with the intention of making an impact by harnessing their strengths, seeking out greater awareness and growth, and being open to possibilities. I firmly believe that we must know ourselves first, and then we must share our gifts and tools with others. Together we uncover your goals, create your wish lists, dive into your core values, and then create practical solutions to start the path toward your own personal legacy. I feel most alive when I am in the energy and presence of others as a witness to their experiences. When do you feel most alive?
In addition to working as an individual and team coach, I’m an International Coach Federation mentor coach for those entering the coaching certification process. Mentor coaching allows me to offer insights, fresh ideas, and constructive feedback. I have a growth mindset and an empowering and encouraging approach. Coaches who work with me deepen their skills, gain clear action steps, and take their coaching to the next level.
I am also a volunteer coach for Women For Change, a nonprofit dedicated to making coaching accessible for women of all economic backgrounds. I have been featured in numerous episodes of the podcast What About Hope, and my community-focused collaborative artwork has been featured in The Seattle Times, and Thoughtful Business Magazine and displayed throughout the greater Puget Sound area.
I believe in living a life of joy and awe while inspiring others to live their best lives. We only get one chance. Make the most of it.
Katrina has helped me see how to separate the different parts of my life into categories, making it possible to evaluate, make goals, and proceed with small steps. I’m feeling more confident and happier, putting myself first, doing things that make me feel good, and tackling the things that don’t.

Our lives improve only when we take chances—and the first and most difficult risk we can take is to be honest with ourselves.
